Hour for Nation is a citizen-led movement committed to inspiring responsibility, participation and positive change in Bikaner. Through regular clean-up drives, civic awareness efforts and a culture of “No Complaints, Only Positive Suggestions,” it has grown into a collective force that unites people to build a cleaner, more conscious and progressive city.

Samvaad is an extension of the Hour for Nation movement. It is an invite-only gathering that brings engaged community members, experts and key stakeholders together for meaningful civic dialogue. Created to inspire constructive ideas and collaborative solutions, Samvaad aims to shape a long-term, shared vision for Bikaner. The inaugural edition, to be held at the historic Lallgarh Palace on 14th December 2025, marks an important step in elevating local civic engagement.
